In our FAQ you can find the answers to the main questions about our trips .



For which occasion I can rent buses at Birgels?

To us no trip is too short or too far. Whether it concerns a company outing, a school trip or a large tour. Due to our large fleet, we can always provide suitable vehicles for you.

When is the best time to book my trip?

If you like a particular offer, you should not take any chances. In case of heavily frequented travel the demand is high. Therefore, please use our booking form.

When will my reservation be binding?

The travel contract is closed personally, by phone, in writing or online and is handed out with the booking confirmation or will be delivered (by post).

Wann muss ich meine Reise bezahlen?

With the booking confirmation, the customer receives the request to pay 10% of the price within 14 days. When booking a music / musical journey or an event the ticket price is due to 100%. The final payment is due 21 days prior to departure. If a trip does not take longer than 24 hours, does not include accommodation and the travel price does not exceeds 75, - €, the deposit and final payment are due without handing over a security note. The travel price can be paid by bank transfer, by debit card or in cash in our office. For people traveling with Schlothmann Reisen unfortunately no debit cards are accepted. Payments via online payment services, such as PayPal, are currently not possible.

May I change or cancel my trip?

Changes and cancellations are usually associated with costs. The conditions for changes and cancellations are to be found in our Terms and Conditions.

Where is my seat on the bus?

We allocate seats during the processing of your booking. As a general rule: if you book early, you can get a seat in front of the bus.

Should you have any seating requests, for example, because of sickness, we will of course register them and respect them during processing your booking if possible. Unfortunately, we can not give a guarantee for any particular seat.

You forgot something on the bus. What happens now?

You have left something on the bus? No problem. Items that we find after a trip are collected in our lost property office for you.

Who is carrying out the maintenance of the buses?

In our own workshop our vehicles are regularly maintained. TÜV and Dekra carry out all regular inspection dates..
